    John has been a dynamic figure in quality management since 2011, combining his robust IT background with a diverse array of life experiences. He studied philosophy at the University of Gothenburg, an education that not only honed his analytical skills but also deepened his appreciation for complex problem-solving. John's global perspective is further enriched by his experience growing up as a third-culture kid, navigating different cultures and environments with ease.

    Before diving into quality management, John worked for Apple in Ireland, an experience that ingrained a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies and customer-focused service. He currently resides in Kungsbacka, just south of Gothenburg, with his wife and son. When he's not immersed in the intricacies of ISO 9001 or ISO 14001, or fine-tuning management systems, John enjoys indulging in his passions for film, books, and culinary adventures. Creative writing is his truest - and most frustrating - hobby, an outlet that reflects his imaginative and insightful nature.

    With a deep knowledge of process improvement and documentation, John brings a relaxed yet focused approach to his work.
